You'll serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership across categories, such as Designer, Beauty, Fine Jewelry, Shoes and Handbags, shaping experiences that bring Nordstrom values and our commitment to customer service to life. This Concept Designer brings a cohesive creative vision to life across our portfolio of stores — from flagship locations to prototypical. You establish and maintain design standards and drive consistency across multiple categories and store types. You bring a thoughtful and creative approach to your design solutions, balancing Nordstrom brand standards with designer brand identity to ensure a cohesive customer experience. This is a role for you if you drive solution-based thinking, thrive within a rapidly changing environment and build trust with people at every level of the organization. You'll move fluidly between big-picture strategy and ground-level execution, guiding concepts from initial ideation all the way through rollout adaptation.
