About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Concept Copywriter (m/f/d) who combines cultural relevance, strategic thinking, and creative excellence. You will develop ideas that anchor brands in the cultural context – across channels, precise, and with clear impact. Ideally, you have experience with automotive clients and know how to translate complex brand worlds into relevant, contemporary communication. You will work closely with strategy, art direction, and interdisciplinary teams, and you will be responsible for the conceptual and textual quality of our projects – from the initial idea to the final implementation. You will always keep the cultural context in mind and develop work that happens at the right moment and in the right place.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Concept Copywriter in a creative or cultural marketing agency
  • Experience with automotive clients or comparably complex, globally managed brands
  • Cultural understanding and strategic thinking
  • Strong conceptual thinking and a keen sense for tonality, timing, and cultural codes
  • Confident presentation skills and direct client interaction
  • Curiosity, cultural sensitivity, and the ambition to develop work that is anchored in the zeitgeist
  • High level of German text proficiency (C2 / native speaker level) and excellent English skills

Responsibilities

  • Development of overarching culturally relevant, creative guiding ideas and cross-channel campaign concepts
  • Writing concise, brand-sharp copy for various touchpoints (Digital, Social, Campaigning, Experience)
  • Translation of brand and communication strategies into relevant creative solutions under the supervision of the responsible CD
  • Leading presentations, workshops, and creative processes
  • Creative consulting of clients at eye level
  • Active role in pitches and client development
  • Ensuring conceptual and content quality and creative standards within the team
  • Taking ownership and end-to-end responsibility for projects, quality, and output
  • Close collaboration with Art Direction, Strategy, and Account throughout the entire creative process
  • Mentoring and development of junior and mid-level creatives
