The Senior Compliance Support Specialist supports the organization’s compliance, quality assurance, and risk management functions within services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day compliance activities including incident management, investigations, rights restrictions tracking, documentation monitoring, and support of quality improvement efforts. The Senior Compliance Support Specialist serves as an operational partner to program and compliance leadership by ensuring timely follow-up on compliance issues, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. This role helps maintain a culture of safety, dignity, accountability, and person-centered practices while supporting continuous improvement across services.
