About The Position

With a global presence of over 4,000 professionals across 15+ countries, Parimatch is a performance-driven ecosystem. We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our Legal and Compliance team. This role will manage full-cycle KYC/KYB procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee onboarding processes for payment service providers, banks, and B2B counterparties in high-risk sectors.

Requirements

• Proven background working with payment systems or crypto exchanges.
• A valid professional AML/CFT or KYC Officer certification is required (e.g., CySEC, ACAMS/CAMS, or ICA).
• Deep understanding of KYC/AML procedures, FATF requirements, European directives (AMLD), and sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN, HMT).
• Strong ability to analyze complex, multi-layered corporate structures and identify UBOs.
• Practical, hands-on experience with professional compliance and screening software.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for seamless business communication.
• Fluent Russian and Ukrainian.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the iGaming sector is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Connect financial instruments (EMIs, banks) and various counterparties (private entrepreneurs, marketing agencies, affiliates).
• KYC/AML Procedures: Execute the full verification cycle, conduct regular monitoring, and update AML policies.
• Documentation: Write, maintain, and continuously update internal workflow instructions and guidelines.
• Regulatory Affairs: Interact directly with internal banking partners and external regulators, ensuring the accurate submission of reporting forms across multiple jurisdictions.
