The Senior Compliance Business Oversight Analyst supports adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA/Regulation V), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA/Regulation B), Truth in Lending Act (TILA/Regulation Z), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA/Regulation E), and other consumer protection laws and regulations. Knowledge of applicable Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) regulations and guidance, including deposit insurance requirements and related obligations under Parts 330 and 370, is preferred. The individual will contribute to compliance-related initiatives, participate in internal reviews, assess controls, manage issues, and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across the organization. Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills, along with a working knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations, are important for success in this role. This role is expected to exercise sound and expert independent professional judgment and discretion in interacting and communicating with staff and senior management of the Bank with respect to significant regulatory compliance risk matters. The individual is empowered to make prudent professional decisions in rendering advice and counsel to business lines or assigned areas, on compliance matters and regulatory risks which may impact performance of the business and overall enterprise strategies and objectives. This is an expert level professional role requiring in-depth knowledge/expertise in Compliance and working knowledge of broader related areas.
