About The Position

Red Ventures Growth Team (RVGT) is a specialized client services business that builds and operates digital acquisition programs for major financial institutions. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, AI-native operations, and financial services compliance. The Delivery & Controls Senior Associate will own a meaningful piece of how those programs run cleanly, focusing on delivery and compliance operations for an RVGT client partnership. The role involves owning defined workflows such as compliance submission tracking, controls calendar management, audit documentation, and day-to-day PMO coordination, with the expectation of independent operation and limited oversight. This is not a support role; it requires end-to-end ownership of workstreams, direct client PMO interaction, proactive risk flagging, gap identification, and proposing improvements for efficiency. The role is designed as an entry point into the RVGT delivery and controls function, with a clear path toward the Delivery & Controls Manager role for strong performers. The ideal candidate takes compliance seriously, dislikes inefficient manual processes, and is interested in building at the intersection of financial services rigor and AI-native operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in project management, operations, or compliance-adjacent work.
  • Financial services, regulated industry, or agency experience preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with how digital products get built and shipped. Experience working alongside frontend engineers, in a CMS, or in a digital production environment.
  • Developing familiarity with financial services compliance frameworks (ADA, FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, bank vendor governance). Ability to learn quickly and flag when something looks off.
  • Strong organizational instincts. Ability to keep trackers current, follow through on commitments, and close loops without being asked.
  • Proactive communicator. Ability to escalate with a proposed solution, not just a flag. Ability to not wait to be managed.
  • Curious about AI and automation. Ability to notice when something is unnecessarily manual and have opinions about what to do about it.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, compliance-conscious environment where both velocity and standards matter.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance submission workflow: routing creative, content, and product changes through bank compliance review; tracking submission status and follow-up end-to-end
  • Controls calendar: maintaining RV, RVGT, and client-specific governance requirements — certifications, trainings, no lapses
  • Audit documentation and logistics: keeping materials current and organized so preparation is never a scramble
  • Day-to-day PMO coordination: owning trackers, circulating status updates, and flagging open items across workstreams
  • Client PMO support: attending joint planning sessions, capturing action items, and serving as a reliable point of contact
  • Process improvement: identifying consistent sources of risk or error and repeatable manual tasks; surfacing ideas for how to automate or eliminate them

Benefits

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): 20 days of PTO annually, increasing to 25 days after five years of service.
