At Intel, we are accelerating the future of computing through unified AI, HPC, and heterogeneous programming models. Our compilation technologies-including MLIR, Triton, other DSLs, AI compilers, optimizing backends-forms the foundation that enables developers to fully utilize Intel's CPUs, GPUs, and accelerators. We are building a scalable, open, and high-performance compiler platform that powers next-generation AI workloads, advanced HPC applications, and emerging programming models. This is an opportunity to lead at the intersection of hardware and software innovation and influence technologies that reach across the industry. The Compiler Engineering organization is responsible for Intel's end-to-end compiler stack, including: Intel C/C++ (ICX) and Fortran compilers, SYCL/DPC++ and heterogeneous programming models, MLIR-based compiler infrastructure, Triton and other Domain Specific Languages (DSLs), AI and domain-specific compiler optimizations, and Front-end language enablement and standards evolution. This team collaborates closely with LLVM, open-source communities, and internal architecture teams to deliver world-class compiler technology. We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale critical areas of Intel's compilation technology strategy. This role combines deep technical leadership, organizational leadership, and cross-Intel strategic influence. You will define long-term direction, guide multiple teams, and drive delivery of high-impact compiler innovations aligned with Intel's AI and platform strategy. This is a highly visible leadership role that directly shapes Intel's ability to compete in AI, HPC, and heterogeneous computing. Your work will define how developers build software for Intel platforms and influence the future of compiler technology across the industry.
