About The Position

This role is for a Senior Compensation Business Partner on the Total Rewards team. The individual will act as the first point of contact for compensation questions, support stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Compensation Business Partners on complex job offers and retention needs. Responsibilities include conducting annual and ad hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, job levels, and pay ranges to maintain the current job architecture and support the strategic growth of the business. The role also involves developing cost models, forecast analysis, and design recommendations on global compensation programs, as well as participating in the administration of recurring compensation processes, annual survey participation, and ad hoc survey participation requests and project support. Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or client-facing role.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies for diverse employee populations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the administration of short-term incentive programs for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build complex compensation models and present findings to management.
  • Experience leading compensation-related projects, such as job leveling initiatives or pay equity analyses.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize high volume activities, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience testing of system configuration and new enhancements
  • Ability to learn complex processes quickly and complete with precision
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when appropriate
  • Exceptional detail orientation, strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented
  • Understanding of standard methodologies around compensation processes
  • Experience with data compilation, manipulation, and analytics
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Google Suite

  • Support stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Compensation Business Partners on complex job offers and retention needs.
  • Conduct annual and ad hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, job levels, and pay ranges to maintain the current job architecture and support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Develop cost models, forecast analysis and design recommendations on a variety of global compensation programs.
  • Participate in the administration of all recurring compensation processes.
  • Participate in annual survey participation and ad hoc survey participation requests.
  • Provide project support, as needed.
