As a Senior Compensation professional on the Total Rewards team, you will act as the first point of contact for Workmates for compensation questions through various channels. Support stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Compensation Business Partners on complex job offers and retention needs. You will be responsible for conducting annual and ad hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, job levels, and pay ranges to maintain the current job architecture and support the strategic growth of the business. Develop cost models, forecast analysis and design recommendations on a variety of global compensation programs. Participate in the administration of all recurring compensation processes, annual survey participation and ad hoc survey participation requests and project support, as needed.
