About The Position

The Global Senior Compensation Analyst supports the administration and continuous improvement of Xplor’s global compensation programs. The role provides compensation guidance, conducts market and internal equity analyses, maintains global salary structures and job architecture, and supports annual compensation cycles. This position partners closely with HR and cross-functional teams to promote accurate, consistent, and well-informed compensation decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, conditional formulas, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to identify inconsistencies and develop practical recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within established timelines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain compensation analysis to HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI, automation, and reporting tools to improve compensation processes, strengthen data quality, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, escalating complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.
  • Develop compensation analyses and recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, retention actions, and other pay decisions.
  • Conduct market pricing and manage compensation survey participation, including job matching, data submission, and results analysis.
  • Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of global salary structures.
  • Maintain job architecture, including job families, levels, job codes, standardized titles, and job descriptions.
  • Support annual compensation programs and recurring bonus accruals, including system preparation, modeling, data validation, and post-cycle audits.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify market gaps, internal equity concerns, trends, exceptions, and data-quality issues.
  • Support pay transparency, gender pay gap, and other compensation-related reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Improve compensation processes, reporting, documentation, and system controls to increase accuracy and consistency.
