About The Position

Payscale's Compensation Services team partners with clients throughout their compensation journey. The team helps organizations build compensation strategies, design competitive pay structures, establish job families and level frameworks, and improve pay transparency and communications. It combines compensation expertise with data-driven insights from Payscale's platform to help clients build strategic, defensible compensation programs. The Senior Compensation Analyst manages moderately complex client engagements with limited oversight and independently delivers projects across the team's service offerings. Work may span stakeholder alignment, compensation strategy, structure modeling, job family frameworks, policy documentation, and communications training. The role also provides advanced benchmarking and market-pricing analysis, contributes to complex client conversations, supports revenue teams, mentors junior analysts, and improves internal processes and documentation. Payscale uses an employee-centric remote-first work model. Employees may work from home, company-paid coworking spaces, or a combination, and gather in person for occasional events. The role requires working from an eligible location; Payscale currently cannot hire in Quebec, Northern Ireland, or Hawaii.
