About The Position
Calyx Living is actively seeking creative, engaging, and energetic Weekend Art Class Instructors for our assisted living community! This is a part time role, leading one to two classes per week. Teach any number of classes: Drawing, Watercolors, Acrylics, Pastels. Share YOUR engaging class ideas. We are located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh! If you are passionate about improving the lives of seniors through teaching, WE WANT YOU!
Requirements
- Creative, engaging, and energetic personality.
- Passion for improving the lives of seniors through teaching.
Responsibilities
- Lead one to two art classes per week for residents in an assisted living community.
- Teach various art mediums including drawing, watercolors, acrylics, and pastels.
- Develop and share engaging class ideas.
- Improve the lives of seniors through teaching art.
