Community Manager
Join a growing residential property management company overseeing 3,400+ mulitfamily units throughout Southern California, Florida, and New Jersey.

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of leading large conventional multifamily communities, driving operational improvements, and enhancing asset value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a 250+ unit conventional multifamily apartment community
• Demonstrated success turning around underperforming communities and improving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance
• Significant experience overseeing renovations, capital improvement projects, and amenity upgrades
• Strong leadership, leasing, marketing, budgeting, and resident relations skills
• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, resident retention, and overall property performance
• Lead large-scale community operations, including capital improvement and renovation projects
• Partner with ownership and regional leadership on property repositioning, amenity enhancements, and value-add initiatives
• Oversee apartment turns, vendor performance, and maintenance operations
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage onsite team members
• Process applications, move-ins, rents, deposits, and resident records
• Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and complete required financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
