About The Position
The Senior Community Impact Analyst leads the development, tracking, and refining of metrics, goals, and implementation plans designed to support leadership priorities and programmatic outcomes for the Division of Community Impact. Designs dashboards and predictive analytics that inform executive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term institutional strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of experience.
- Experience with relationship cultivation and management/stakeholder engagement.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing projects and assessing outcomes.
- Knowledge of higher education and community engagement.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and information obtained from social media and other internet sources.
Nice To Haves
- PhD in Business, Higher Education Admin or Related Field.
