About The Position
Calyx Living is actively seeking creative, engaging, and energetic Art Class Instructors for our BRAND NEW assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex. This is a part-time role, leading 1-2 classes per week. Instructors can teach any number of classes including Drawing, Watercolors, Acrylics, and Pastels. We are located in beautiful Apex just off I-540 at Hwy 64. If you are passionate about improving the lives of seniors through teaching, we want you!
Requirements
- Creative, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
- Passion for improving the lives of seniors through teaching.
Responsibilities
- Lead 1-2 art classes per week for seniors.
- Teach various art mediums such as Drawing, Watercolors, Acrylics, and Pastels.
- Share engaging class ideas to enhance the senior living experience.
