Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field.
Seven years of experience, including program management support, strategic communications, program analysis, or relevant experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support for program management and strategic communications tasks, ensuring alignment with the mission and strategic goals.
Create executive-level reports and presentations communicating business needs evaluation, strategic initiatives, multi-year planning, project progress, and outcomes to leadership.
Assist with the strategic planning, development, and implementation of communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and information dissemination.
Use project management software to track project progress and deliverables.
Collaborate with team members to meet project milestones, align with strategic goals, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with Capability Architectures and Business Frameworks.
Support Multi-Year Programming (MYP) processes, ensuring strategic alignment of IT investments and business needs.
