Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
  • Consistent track record of production and revenue generation
  • Deep, established network within Madison or the broader Wisconsin market
  • Demonstrated strength in business development, negotiation, and client advisory
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and evolve your business
  • Interest in mentoring and contributing to team development
  • Active Wisconsin real estate license

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex commercial leasing and sales transactions
  • Maintain and expand long-standing client relationships across owners, investors, and tenants
  • Originate new business through an established network and strategic market outreach
  • Provide high-level advisory services, including market strategy and portfolio guidance
  • Strengthen your presence as a trusted expert within the Madison and regional market
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and brokers statewide on strategic opportunities
  • Identify and pursue expansion into new product types, industries, or geographic areas
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to the development of team talent
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and disciplined approach to business tracking and execution
