Requirements

• Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided!)
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to build authentic client relationships
• Master time manager, able to prioritize workload
• Demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
• Inexhaustible curiosity and a desire to grow your career

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate small business clients on insurance products
• Take ownership of client relationships
• Help grow the company's presence and profile in the local community
• Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
• Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
• Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
• Guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth
