The role requires 6+ years in HVAC, EPA 608 Universal certification, and strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. Requirements
- EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
- High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of HVAC experience.
- Advanced skills servicing commercial HVAC systems.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA safety certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Trains technicians and assists with field leadership, audits, and planning.
- Performs service calls on commercial HVAC systems, diagnosing issues.
- Analyzes and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
- Inspects equipment and performs preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
- Supports field supervision, site planning, and estimating.
- Promotes products and services while maintaining safety and compliance.
