Huntress is looking for a business-minded Senior Commercial Counsel who sees Legal as a growth enabler: a pragmatic, commercially minded partner who helps the business say “yes” the right way, accelerates revenue, and builds scalable guardrails that let Huntress move faster with confidence. In this role, you will be a trusted legal partner across the business. Your primary focus is to negotiate customer contracts, support vendor agreements, and improve the legal terms and processes that help us move fast and thoughtfully. This position requires a "warrior spirit." You will manage the inherent chaos of global expansion with clarity, staying unshakeable as you scale the legal framework for our growing footprint. Whether leading complex customer negotiations or using legal AI tools to help us scale, you take deep ownership of the challenges along the way.
