Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the San Francisco, CA market as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will independently develop, retain, and grow moderately complex client relationships and lead a team. You will leverage a solid understanding of relationship management by understanding client needs and priorities, responding quickly, communicating proactively, managing expectations, and soliciting feedback. You will also lead or participate in structuring, modifying, and renewing moderately complex loans and industry-specific solutions by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and partnering with senior peers. You will review, understand, and offer the full suite of moderately complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to meet client needs, engaging product organizations and leveraging your understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions. You will independently lead or resolve moderately complex initiatives and guide your team to meet deliverables within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group, adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives, helping clients navigate Wells Fargo’s processes, escalating inquiries when needed, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and risk control enhancements. You may also lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor. You will drive relationship planning activities, maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients by cultivating relationships through existing networks. Additionally, you will partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback on client and market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively.
