Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you may: Manage and grow a portfolio of moderately complex commercial clients by understanding their business goals, decision‑makers, and priorities, and building strong, long‑term relationships through proactive communication. Lead or support credit structuring, renewals, and modifications, including cash‑flow lending and select real estate, by conducting financial analysis, working directly with clients, and partnering with internal teams. Deliver Wells Fargo’s full range of commercial banking solutions by leveraging knowledge of clients’ businesses, financial positions, and strategic objectives. Execute relationship management initiatives in compliance with policies and procedures, while maintaining accurate sales, pipeline, and client information in required systems. Collaborate with peers, managers, product partners, and Business Development Representatives to resolve client issues, improve processes, support new client acquisition, and provide feedback on client and market needs.
