This role supports Critical Infrastructure Operations within Platform Management, providing hands‑on production support for distributed infrastructure and enterprise platforms. In this role, you may: Provide hands‑on production support for distributed platforms, ensuring rapid incident response and service recovery Participate in incident management, including triage, escalation, coordination, remediation, and post‑incident reviews Execute change management activities in accordance with established controls and risk management practices Support enterprise disaster recovery (DR) readiness and testing for high‑severity events Monitor system health and performance using enterprise monitoring and observability tools; proactively identify risks Collaborate with engineering, command center, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and ensure effective handoffs Contribute to problem management and root‑cause analysis, driving operational improvements Support shift‑left operations by transitioning responsibilities from engineering teams into IOR Create and maintain runbooks and operational documentation to improve mean time to acknowledge (MTTD) and mean time to recovery (MTTR) Participate in on‑call rotations, providing production support aligned to U.S. AZ business hours
