In this role, you may: Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients within assigned product areas, partnering with coverage teams and senior colleagues to share insights and drive outcomes Manage assigned partner or contractual relationships, where applicable, to ensure deal opportunities align with agreement terms Analyze business, operational, and technical issues by researching options and applying independent judgment to support moderately sized or medium‑risk deliverables Review and support analysis of low to moderately complex credit portfolios, including cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, collateral, enterprise value, and repayment sources, for periodic reviews and underwriting Develop and present recommendations to resolve moderately complex credit situations while applying policies, procedures, and compliance standards Partner with senior colleagues on client engagements to deepen understanding of clients’ businesses, financial positions, and strategic goals, and support credit renewals, modifications, and refinancings Participate in portfolio reviews to monitor risk and support problem loan management, as applicable Collaborate with product management and functional partners to improve tools, processes, and credit solution delivery Support client servicing requests and inquiries through close coordination with internal partners Contribute to functional area planning related to a given product

Requirements

  • 2+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Rejoining the workforce after taking a current break from your professional career of at least 2 years

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Asset‑Based Lending (ABL), including credit evaluation, risk assessment, collateral analysis, and loan structuring
  • Working knowledge of large corporate lending, capital markets, and secured and unsecured lending structures
  • Strong financial analysis capabilities, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting credit, loan, and legal documentation
  • Solid understanding of commercial banking products and services, with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored credit solutions
  • Proven success in client‑facing roles, with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
