About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking Technology Operations Analyst for our Glide – Relaunch USA returnship for the Technology business division in the Platform Frontline Support – Transmissions group. In this role, you may: Provide frontline technical support for secure file transmissions between Wells Fargo and internal/external customers via phone and ticketing systems Monitor, analyze, and escalate issues using alerts, metrics, event monitors, and change records Evaluate and research tactical technology issues; recommend effective resolutions Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to assess system health and troubleshoot incidents Minimize business impact from application and infrastructure outages Develop an understanding of business processes to assess technology event impact Participate in operational initiatives and identify opportunities for process and service improvements Communicate clearly with internal partners, stakeholders, and functional teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Rejoining the workforce after taking a current break from your professional career of at least 2 years

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience supporting secure file transmissions
  • 2+ years of experience with transmission protocols, such as SFTP, HTTPS, and FTPS
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting user connectivity and access issues
  • Experience with ServiceNow for incident, problem, or request management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline technical support for secure file transmissions between Wells Fargo and internal/external customers via phone and ticketing systems
