About The Position

MANTECH is seeking an experienced, mission-focused Senior CNO Python Developer to join its team in Hanover, Maryland. The role contributes to mission-critical cyber capabilities and leads efforts in advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO), driving technical excellence in CNO development. The developer will work with a team creating next-generation solutions to safeguard national security systems. The position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. The employee must be willing and able to obtain another polygraph before starting, if required. The role is onsite and full-time. The projected compensation range is $179,300 to $318,400. Final compensation may vary based on factors including contract wage determination, relevant experience, skills, location, education, certifications, and federal contract labor categories.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and at least 8 years of technical work experience; or a master’s degree in a technical discipline and at least 6 years of technical work experience; or a high school diploma and at least 12 years of technical work experience.
At least 5 years of Python programming experience.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging.
Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, and socket-level programming.
Current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance, and willingness and ability to obtain another polygraph before starting if required.
Ability to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.

Experience in Java.

Experience developing CNO capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
Manage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
Apply expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development.
Communicate status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure software quality and compliance with development standards.
