Requirements

• 3 or more years of verifiable experience performing complex CNC machine setups and working actively with G-Code programming/editing.
• Direct experience working with modern, high-end CNC equipment like Mori Seiki, Doosan, or closely comparable multi-tasking platforms.
• A flawless ability to read complex engineering schematics and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) callouts.
• A solid, reliable work history with a track record of strong attendance and a safety-first manufacturing mindset.
• Permanent residency within a reasonable, daily driving distance of the Northeast Wisconsin manufacturing corridor.
• United States Citizens or Green Card holders only (Due to high-spec defense and aerospace program regulations)

Responsibilities

• Interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical geometric drawings to execute flawless setups on CNC mills and lathes
• Utilizing hands-on G-Code mastery to dial in, troubleshoot, and manually optimize machining programs directly at the machine controller
• Performing detailed first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision micrometers, calipers, and gauges to secure a zero-defect production standard
• Mentoring, training, and shadowing machine operators to ensure they can load parts, monitor offsets, and run jobs with strict repeatability
• Partnering directly with operations leadership and programming teams to pioneer process improvements, slash cycle times, and eliminate bottlenecking
