Requirements
- Master-level CNC programmers
- Strong Mastercam experience
- Deep experience with 3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis toolpaths
- Comfortable splitting time between CAM programming and machine-side prove-outs
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in high-mix/low-volume, or tight-tolerance machining environments
