Requirements
- Strong experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Experience leading or mentoring maintenance teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset

- Experience with CNC, Swiss, and Lathe machine diagnostics and repair
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Audit and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and practices
- Act as the key point of contact for outside contractors and vendors
- Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, minimizing downtime
- Interpret and work from prints, schematics, and technical documents
- Develop and execute emergency repair plans for high-priority equipment issues (coordinate with Operations, secure parts/tools, schedule repairs, and drive resolution)
- Assess equipment condition and recommend repair or replacement strategies
- Manage multiple maintenance projects while meeting deadlines
- Create, track, and close work orders with accurate and actionable data
- Continuously improve maintenance processes and documentation
- Research and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and repair vendors
- Support purchasing activities, including parts sourcing and PO submissions
