Senior CNC Machinist
About The Position
This role is for a Senior CNC Machinist who will own the full scope of CNC machining operations. The position involves interpreting machine manuals to write custom macros, supporting advanced machining techniques, and ensuring hands-on manufacturing excellence. The machinist will load parts, operate controls, machine and inspect components, and deburr as needed, adhering strictly to process standards. This role also requires delivering feedback to Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams for continuous improvement, collaborating with Programming to optimize cutting parameters, and leading new part launches by implementing fresh procedures and best practices. The ideal candidate will continuously seek and apply the latest machining technologies, troubleshoot machine issues, make precise adjustments, verify performance to OEM standards, and champion quality to exceed customer expectations. The role also includes taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team success.
