About The Position

AMD is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Senior Cloud Sales Specialist to accelerate cloud revenue growth across North America by driving customer adoption of AMD-powered cloud and AI solutions across leading Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). This is a senior, quota-carrying sales overlay role that works alongside AMD’s enterprise sales teams to identify, develop, and close strategic cloud opportunities. You will engage directly with customers to understand their cloud, infrastructure, application, and AI strategies; identify where AMD technology can deliver differentiated value; and help account teams translate those opportunities into pipeline, workload adoption, and revenue. Working across the North America Cloud Sales organization, you will collaborate with AMD Account Executives, Cloud Account teams, Solution Architects, Business Units, and field organizations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and the broader cloud ecosystem. You will help connect customer needs to the right AMD-powered solutions and orchestrate the technical, partner, and sales resources needed to move complex opportunities from discovery through evaluation and close. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise selling skills with cloud and AI expertise, technical credibility, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal sales teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop account strategies, grow pipeline and revenue, and achieve strategic sales objectives
