About The Position

Business Technology Integrators (BTI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with more than 25 years of experience delivering IT and engineering solutions to the Federal Government, is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS). The role serves as the lead architect and engineer for AWS cloud environments supporting the BLS Cloud Landing Zone and cloud migration initiatives. The engineer provides technical leadership for cloud modernization efforts and advises Government stakeholders on cloud best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification.
• At least 10 years supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• At least 5 years supporting AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with cloud migration, automation, security, and governance.
• Demonstrated experience leading cloud modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud architectures for AWS environments supporting the BLS Cloud Landing Zone and migration initiatives.
• Deploy infrastructure and integrate systems.
• Implement cloud security and governance.
• Automate cloud environments and processes.
• Plan cloud migrations and provide operational support.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud modernization efforts.
• Advise Government stakeholders on cloud best practices and emerging technologies.
