Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience as a Closing Assistant.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Closer to provide our clients, loan officers, and real estate agents an excellent experience.
Obtain all required information and contacts.
Assist in the preparation of closing documents.
Review title commitments and assist in resolving title issues prior to closing.
Schedule, coordinate, and maintain closing calendars.
Obtain documents/statements as necessary for closing, payoffs, HOA letters, utility bills and others as needed.
Send introductory emails to buyers, sellers, lenders, and Realtors.
Package and send closed files as instructed.
Coordinate and communicate regularly with borrowers, lenders, Realtors, and other title companies.
Complete the eCRV.
Make copies and scan documents as needed.
Answer all telephone calls and emails promptly.
All other duties as assigned.
