About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, handling inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of the client support department.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a BPO setup.
  • Excellent English communication and multitasking skills.
  • Existing home office setup with a conducive work environment.
  • Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download.
  • Back-up power and internet are required.
  • Willing to work graveyard shifts.
  • Ability to start training immediately.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years or more SME, Assistant Coach, or assistant Team Lead experience.
  • Background in Customer Service.
  • Knowledge/skills/experience with pulling and presenting reports.
  • Appointment setting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client support in a BPO setup.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Pull and present reports related to client support activities.
  • Engage in appointment setting as needed.
  • Participate in regular team-building activities and company outings.
