Senior Client Success Managers are trusted thought partners who lead day-to-day operations for high-value or high-complexity accounts, bringing clarity to performance discussions and consistency to execution. They anticipate risks before they escalate, flag gaps or inefficiencies across the workflow, and help ensure a seamless client experience. They collaborate fluidly across internal teams, aligning efforts and priorities to support the client’s goals. They also own billing accuracy for their accounts — validating correct rates, addressing discrepancies, and beginning to build insight into historical billing patterns and seasonal trends. Their knowledge of the Innovid platform allows them to connect performance data to broader business outcomes and help clients see value in both delivery and long-term planning. They support client health management and account planning by surfacing growth opportunities, guiding internal alignment, and contributing to the story of long-term value. At this stage, they share responsibility for revenue retention and growth — ensuring executional excellence, surfacing risks or churn signals early, and helping to sustain and expand the business in partnership with Sales and leadership.
