About The Position

The Senior Client Success Manager - Programmatic is responsible for supporting Zeta’s strategic client and agency partnerships. The role ensures clients meet campaign performance goals and works with the Client Success Director to drive account growth through targeted digital advertising programs. This position is hybrid in New York City, NY.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising in Account Management, Client Success, or Media Planning.
Hands-on experience activating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns within leading DSPs.
Ability to develop and cultivate relationships and work effectively with people at all levels of the decision process.
Strong analytical skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel.
Passion for digital media and thorough knowledge of the programmatic advertising industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
Initiative-taking, strong work ethic, and ability to work autonomously while being receptive to guidance.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop a thorough knowledge of Zeta’s offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes, and communicate them effectively to prospects and customers.
Launch and manage cross-channel programmatic advertising campaigns in partnership with clients and internal teams.
Lead weekly client status meetings to discuss campaign reporting, optimizations, and insights.
Collaborate with Sales to provide strategic upsell recommendations aligned with customer performance and business needs.
Prepare and deliver reporting presentations in collaboration with the Analytics team.
Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction in every customer interaction.
