Rystad Energy is seeking a dynamic individual to join our New York-based Sales & Marketing team as a Senior Client Success Manager. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key account clients as part of the Key Account team. This is a high-visibility role, and you will be one of their key initial points of contact, understanding their unique business objectives and providing strategic guidance to ensure their long-term success with our solutions. You will collaborate with Account Managers on a portfolio of accounts to ensure each relationship is growing and developing. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, adapts quickly to new systems and processes with minimal ramp-up time, and work flexibly as part of a multi-person team. Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and customer interaction is critical. Knowledge of the energy industry is required. This role directly shapes the value we deliver to key accounts — and by extension, the success of the region.
