About The Position

LawRank is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison between our attorney and law firm clients and our internal marketing teams, ensuring exceptional client experiences and measurable campaign success. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, translating performance data into actionable insights, and helping clients maximize the value of their digital marketing investments. Success in this position is driven by strong communication, analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to long-term client retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress
  • Familiarity with website analytics, tracking platforms, and performance optimization best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and driving measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop effective solutions and optimize client outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven guidance to enhance marketing performance
  • Recommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client's goals and business needs
  • Proactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support long-term account success and retention
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth
