About The Position

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is a 9-month fixed-term contract (FTC) for a Senior Client Solutions Manager focused on Influencer Marketing, operating remotely within US EST hours.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing.
  • Strong hands-on campaign experience, with fluency in Meta and TikTok.
  • Clear track record of account growth and retention, supported by numbers.
  • Experience measured against revenue, retention, or NRR KPIs.
  • Leadership experience (running 1:1s, managing workload, supporting team performance).
  • AI-native: ability to integrate AI tools into daily work for faster execution, better insight, and smarter workflows.
  • Commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about revenue impact.
  • Ability to build trust, have direct conversations, and do not avoid hard conversations.
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of brand accounts, focusing on client retention and growth.
  • Ensure clean campaign delivery and operational efficiency through systems and technology.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to performance, scope, relationships, or margin.
  • Own client relationships across various campaign types (launches, seasonal, always-on).
  • Translate data into actionable plans and present performance against KPIs.
  • Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution for seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and within margin.
  • Manage renewal timelines and identify upsell opportunities to drive Net Revenue Retention.
  • Forecast performance, optimize mid-campaign, and apply learnings to future programs.
  • Maintain clean tracking, monitor team capacity, and improve inefficient processes.
  • Ensure client feedback is captured and addressed.
