We are currently looking for an Account Manager that has the character and personality to work with a strong team of personable and successful individuals. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day account management with our small to mid-sized clients. Our approach is warm and our relationships are everything with these client groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly determine critical issues

Nice To Haves

  • 8 or more years client coordination
  • Successful completion of CEBS, GBA, Life License or similar designations
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Have consultative conversations with your internal client partners (Production/Sales/Analysis) to ensure that your client strategy is aligned and executed.
  • Focus on client retention and relationship management, uncovering additional opportunities to cross-solve and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
  • Reciprocally with the client, craft an annual strategy and ensure that all goals are being executed, quickly seeking solutions to problems.
  • Develop working relationships with all internal partners and be an active participant in building a strong office culture.
  • Contribute from administrative to strategic tasks, impacting both.
  • Utilize benefits expertise to help prepare and present renewals, negotiate with carriers, interpret benchmark data and analyze trends, and work with the entire HR suite to ensure proper technical account implementation.
