About The Position

Join J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Private Bank in a collaborative team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. The Senior Client Service Associate maintains, deepens, and enriches client relationships and serves as the primary contact for Private Banking clients’ service needs. The role works in a complex, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with advisors, product partners, and operations teams to provide seamless service across Private Banking products.

Requirements

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required; unlicensed candidates may be considered but must obtain the licenses within 90 days of their start date.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
• At least 3 years of experience in the investment management industry.

• College degree or equivalent client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and execute client requests, inquiries, and transactions, including money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, and escalated research requests.
• Follow and maintain firm controls policies and procedures and FINRA regulations, and protect client assets from potential fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review client needs and identify potential opportunities to engage them with additional products, services, and the digital platform.
