About The Position

Join J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Private Bank as a Spanish-speaking Client Service Associate. The role focuses on maintaining, deepening, and enriching client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for Private Banking clients’ service needs. You will work in a complex, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with advisors, product partners, and operations teams to provide seamless service and solutions across Private Banking products.

Requirements

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required; candidates without licenses may be considered but must obtain them within 90 days of their start date.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• College degree or equivalent client service experience.
• Experience with a wide array of financial products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and accurately execute client requests, inquiries, and transactions, including money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, and escalated research requests.
• Follow and maintain firm control policies and procedures, comply with FINRA regulations, and protect client assets from potential fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review client needs and identify potential opportunities to engage clients with additional products, services, and digital platforms.
