About The Position

Betches Media is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead and scale our Alcohol/Beer/Wine & Spirits (Alc/Bev), QSR, and CPG verticals, driving high-impact brand partnerships across all owned digital, social, and audio ecosystems. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts, and building long-term, high-value partnerships with leading brands and agencies. We are seeking a highly strategic and consultative seller who can drive revenue and grow renewal business within the Alc/Bev, QSR, and CPG categories. The ideal candidate brings deep category expertise, strong relationships across brands and agencies, and a proven ability to develop and sell integrated, multi-platform programs. This role requires a self-starter who can build, manage, and close a robust pipeline while delivering best-in-class partnership solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital/media sales with a strong track record of closing and growing revenue.
  • Deep experience within the Alc/Bev, QSR, and/or CPG categories, with established relationships across brands and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and content-driven media, with the ability to translate client KPIs into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to independently build pipeline, manage complex deals, and close large, customized programs ($500K+).
  • Experience selling integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate complex client and agency structures.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing relationships within Alc/Bev, QSR, CPG brands, retailers, and agencies to open doors for new partnership opportunities.
  • Prospect, build, and scale new and renewal revenue across key Alc/Bev, QSR, and CPG accounts, focusing on multi-platform, multi-year programs spanning social, audio, web, and newsletters.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including negotiation and deal structuring.
  • Develop strategic, insight-driven proposals that align with client KPIs and marketing objectives.
  • Act as a category expert in Alc/Bev, QSR, and CPG, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms.
  • Define account strategies, build tailored go-to-market plans, and create compelling sales narratives using internal and external data.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, creative, production) to deliver best-in-class programs.
  • Consistently track pipeline, forecast accurately, and manage against revenue targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client service to drive long-term partnerships and renewals.
