Senior Client Manager
About The Position
Landor is looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Chicago studio. Landor is part of WPP, a world-leading brand expert group with expansive strategic and creative capabilities. They focus on making brands more valuable and less vulnerable by strategically aligning brand work with business outcomes. Requirements
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience successfully leading client projects in a brand/design agency.
- An ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on project management for one or more client brands.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
- Partner with Strategy, Design, Naming, and Brand Performance to successfully deliver on client projects.
- Become an expert on your client’s organisation and brand, aligning their business needs with Landor’s capabilities.
- Spark intrigue, spot opportunities for your clients and successfully sell new business.
- Ensure all presentations, proposals and communications are error free and of the highest quality.
