  • Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of the most complex client relationship management activities and execution of the client experience and strategy in coordination with Relationship Strategists and Functional Advisors.
  • Leads internal team coordination through the entire client life cycle (prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management).
  • Serves as the clients' main point of contact for all ongoing client relationship management related activities in support of the client experience as directed by advisors or internal partners.
  • Handles higher volume, higher visibility and more complex clients or a larger number of clients.
  • Responsible for account opening communications and client meeting preparation.
  • Coordinates with internal team members and specialists to address client needs and resolve client complaints and issues.
  • Independently manages processes outlined in the client service agreement and partners to resolve challenges regarding implementation and client issues.
  • Serves as an escalation point for high severity requests or issues.
  • Identifies the best solution to maintain a positive client relationship.
  • Actively remains up to date with current products, services, business events, and market trends.
  • Has well developed knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings.
  • Identifies and develops new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship.
  • Leverages industry and PNC knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products/services, rates, and other opportunities.
  • Serves as an escalation point and training resource to junior staff.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
