A day in the life. As our Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading the marketing process, preparing comprehensive proposals, binding coverage, and ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation. The Senior Client Manager will also mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the agency's growth and retention goals. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience working in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred Familiarity with insurance company markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: AAI, CIC, CISR, or CRIS designation preferred We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience working in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred
