About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Client Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for the client's Net Promoter Score (NPS), Profit and Loss (P&L), growth, and delivery oversight of assigned accounts. The Senior Client Executive will define and execute growth strategies, manage revenue forecasting, achieve financial targets, ensure service excellence, and maintain overall client satisfaction. This position involves managing complex, multi-disciplinary solutions with indirect team members, requiring a global industry focus, understanding of diverse solution offerings, management of a diverse portfolio using a remote onsite/offshore model, and the ability to interact with executives at multiple levels. The role may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual revenues in excess of $50M.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Logistics industry with knowledge of business drivers (Revenue generation, Margin Levers, Cost Levers, and trends).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience selling IT services to Manufacturing or Logistics clients.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Client Management, with the ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and measure a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual revenues of approximately $50M to $100M.
  • Promote an entrepreneurial environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognition.
  • Drive go-to-market sales approaches for various logistics-specific offerings.
  • Act as a Logistics industry expert with knowledge of business drivers (Revenue generation, Margin Levers, Cost Levers, and trends).
  • Excel at Client Management, with the ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage.
  • Understand competitors, their client sponsors, their agendas, and develop counter strategies.
  • Navigate large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations at C-level.
  • Demonstrate financial management capabilities, including strong forecasting ability and growth strategies.
  • Create deals that align with the interests and business objectives of the client and take deals from structured to close.
  • Create awareness and interest in NTT DATA, develop regional account planning efforts and strategic account plans.
  • Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the creation of new, marketable, solutions and offerings.
