About The Position

The Senior Client Executive is a growth-minded leader responsible for growing strategic client engagement, protecting core revenue, and accelerating incremental revenue expansion across a portfolio of complex, high-touch accounts. This role requires a strong forecasting discipline, the ability to succeed in ambiguity, and an independent, hustle-driven mindset. The individual will build deep client partnerships, influence cross-functional partners, and deliver accurate, insight-driven projections for a dynamic book of business. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience
  • 10+ years financial institutions knowledge
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client leadership, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, data, or tech-driven environments.
  • Experience managing high-value, high-complexity clients with executive-level relationship ownership.
  • Forecast revenue supported by disciplined pipeline management and data-driven insights.
  • Commercial experience with a record of renewal and expansion achievement.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Operate with urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted, executive-level relationships by understanding each client's strategy, products, and operational needs.
  • Act as a senior liaison between the client and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and execution excellence.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively surface risks, gaps, or high-value growth pathways.
  • Manage renewal strategy and execution to maximize revenue retention while accelerating expansion across the customer base.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell growth by strategically advising clients on high-impact product bundles, platform capabilities, and integrations that unlock incremental value.
  • Analyze client performance, portfolio trends, and client health signals to proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and mitigate threats to revenue.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting through rigorous analysis, structured planning, and disciplined opportunity management.
  • Provide reliable insight into retention risk, expected renewals, and upsell trajectories.
  • Maintain CRM discipline and ensure all opportunities, risks, and forecasts reflect real-time business realities.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to refine models and ensure forecast integrity.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to clients—translating complex needs into actionable recommendations and advocating internally for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, MCE, Marketing, Legal) to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and optimize client outcomes.
  • Apply analytical rigor and intellectual horsepower to address challenges and inform executive-level decision-making.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive account plans.
  • Provide customer insights to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prioritize and resolve call center and operational issues in collaboration with the MCE team.
  • Refine account strategies to reflect shifting client needs, market trends, and internal goals.
