Senior Client Engagement Manager
About The Position
Microchip is looking for a dynamic Senior Client Engagement Manager (Sr. CEM) to help drive Design Wins to Revenue, within a select group of OEM customers, located in the Greater Bay Area. The Sr. CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base. The Sr. CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their customer’s products, market, competitive landscape and internal organization. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Requirements
- 9+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Excellent judgment and self-directed work style
- Strong project management / customer support skills
- Excellent communications and writing skills
- A strong drive to win within a competitive environment
- Strong personal and professional values
- Leads by example
- Works collaboratively in a "team based" environment
Responsibilities
- Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers.
- Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions.
