About The Position

Microchip Technology is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to drive design wins through to revenue among a select group of OEM customers in the Greater Bay Area. The role owns and develops Microchip’s relationship with assigned customers, providing technical and business insight throughout customer engagements and collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies. The successful candidate is self-motivated and committed to providing a high level of customer support while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Use Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers.
• Provide technical and business insight at every level of customer engagement.
• Own and drive Microchip’s relationship with the assigned customer base.
• Work effectively in a team environment to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customers’ products, markets, competitive landscapes, and internal organizations.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
